My Mission

My mission is to provide aspiring entrepreneurs with inspiration and actionable advice so you can build your own hugely profitable and meaningful business.

If you are a medical professional working with injectables or a fabulous Skin Care Specialist and you want to plunge into the world of aesthetics or if you have been turning in circles for a few years, trying to find a way forward to grow your business in a sustainable way... you are in the right place.

But, I definitely didn't get to my 'business heaven' overnight...

In fact, I've been down many business paths

before falling in love with the Aesthetics industry

My Professional & Industry Expertise

I have years of experience as Commercial Head of a multi-million-pound venture, where we achieved over 250 clinic appointments and between 20 to 25 aesthetics practical training courses PER MONTH. With all that industry-specific experience, plus 20 years of additional business knowledge in my back pocket, I now lend my insights as a business consultant, Coach and Mentor to amazing aesthetic businesses and Skin Care businesses, nationally and internationally.

My experience encompasses not just the initiation of emerging businesses but also rejuvenating established ventures that have plateaued or lost their way or simply want to grow. Every client I onboard, in whatever capacity, benefits from a tailored strategy, specifically crafted to address their unique business challenges and aspirations.

You won't find me offering 'quick fixes' or false promises. Why? Because I believe in fostering meaningful connections with clients who resonate with my ethos; those ready to roll up their sleeves and seize their potential. I don't believe in 'secret formulas' or 'two step programs' - I believe in hard work, tenacity, agile thinking, strategically focused business choices and multiple marketing routes.

That's the way to create and grow a stainable, strong business that consistently brings in a fabulous flow of your 'Perfect Patients' every month and allows you to hit any income goals you want for you and your family.

my Journey in Aesthetics

I worked with SkinViva Ltd for five years, starting with Project Management, and eventually becoming the Head of the Academy and Clinic.

My commitment to the industry is driven by a passion for enabling people working in this sector, offering expertise in Client Acquisition, Operational Efficiency, Sales Optimisation, Marketing Intelligence, Customer Journeys, Finance and much more.

With a treasure trove of business acumen, I can help you enhance your customer's journey and elevate your brand to ultimately acquire and keep more customers!

My Diverse Background

My entrepreneurial journey began after starting a family and was driven by a desire to have more freedom to spend with my family - a key desire for many people.

So I started my first business doing something I loved, designing window dressings and upholstering furniture. With a team of dedicated people, we worked for multiple designers at the height of the housing boom in the UK, turning my passion into a very profitable business. After seven very fruitful years and a successful business exit, my family and I moved from the South of England to Yorkshire. Embracing motherhood for the third time, I again opted for flexibility & freedom, diving into freelancing - orchestrating business events, sourcing business speakers, and offering business consultancy to a very diverse range of businesses up and down the UK.

This part of the journey allowed me to fully understand the challenges facing all businesses and gave me a very rounded and agile view which enables me to have a bespoke and unique approach when mentoring and coaching within this industry.

Working in Aesthetics has allowed me to identify another passion, and that is helping businesses and people within this busy and competitive industry to find their feet, and really turn their passion or lovely hobby into a thriving business that gives them everything they need, emotionally and financially.

Why I'm Passionate About Aesthetics

My work in the Aesthetics Industry kindled a deep appreciation for aesthetics and skincare. The industry, with its boundless potential and ever-evolving innovations, inspires me. Combining my very practical coaching approach with my wealth of business knowledge has been immensely rewarding, especially now that I have the opportunity to help people combine their amazing clinical skills with outstanding business skills. A perfect combination.

My philosophy: business doesn't have to be hard and complicated – it really isn’t rocket science! A blend of common sense, foundational business tactics, an inventive, agile tenacious spirit, will yield phenomenal results. This, combined with focus, resilience and hard work can bring EVERYTHING you desire and deserve.

I'm a Yorkshire woman with a whippet and Labrador... but no flat cap!

The highlight of my television career was interviewing Hollywood Icon Lauren Bacall - who absolutely lived up to her Hollywood reputation! Amazing!

I LOVE to try new treatments when they come to the market, and luckily, I know some fantastic clinicians.

I'm passionate about great skincare and how much it can achieve, even if you don't want to venture into the injectable world.

I was RUBBISH at maths at school! If I can learn the in's and out's of a spreadsheet, then anyone can.

I have 3 children who are wonderful and amazing (but I would say that, wouldn't I?)

I've been married for a very long time and my husband hasn't murdered me... so that's a miracle right there!
